  • EACH VEHICLE IN THE LOT AS OF WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL BE CONSIDERED LATE
  • LATE FEE IS $100 PER VEHICLE (REGARDLESS IF PAID FOR ALREADY)
  • REPEAT DEALERSHIPS LATE FEE WILL BE RAISED TO $250 PER VEHICLE

  • Vehicles must arrive with the title (no vehicles will be accepted without a title).
  •  A minimum of 1/4 tank of fuel is required.
  • Vehicles may be delivered to the Bid starting Thursday after 2:00 PM and no later than Monday at 1:00 PM. (No vehicles will be received after Monday at 1:00 PM to allow for preparation for Tuesday operations.)

Parking Lot Instructions:
Currently, there are 68 numbered parking spaces available. Vehicles should be parked in spaces 255 through 322. All vehicles must be backed into the spaces to maintain proper alignment and ensure safety. Please see the attached map for reference.

 

BIDS SUBMITTED AFTER 3:30 WILL BE DISCARDED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS
