It's that time of year for our annual health benefits open enrollment period.   Our current plan year will be ending on June 30th and the 2015-2016 plan year will kick off on July 1st.  We are happy to report we are staying with all the same providers (IBX, Aetna Dental, VBA) this year and have negotiated our renewal to a minimal increase (5%) for participants.  

   All full time employees are required to attend an open enrollment meeting and must make elections on the Fred Beans Employee Benefits  portal to "opt in" or "opt out" of Medical, Dental, and/ or Vision benefits. This is mandatory!
   Your prior coverage will not continue forward so you will need to make new elections if you wish to be covered moving into the new plan year.  

Below is the schedule for all of the meetings and a key that outlines which meeting location your store should report to. If you cannot make the meeting at your location due to a scheduling conflict you must make arrangements to attend any other meeting that is most convenient to you! Meetings will last approximately 60 minutes for planning purposes.

Open Enrollment period: Monday June 1st - Wednesday June 10th! 
*Kronos portal opens on June 1st and closes at Midnight on 6/10! (No exceptions or changes will be made after 6/10)
